Halo

If you are even remotely familiar with video games, I'm sure you've heard of the game HALO. It's one of the best selling franchises in the video game arena. Some may not agree, but I also think it's the game that single handily saved Xbox from going out of business.

Even though it's a very popular game, it's not one that I have in my collection. (I'm a Call of Duty kind of guy) HOWEVER, a friend of mine recommended the HALO books to me.  As luck would have it, I found the first three at a used book store. WOW, I'm hooked on book one right now. Even if you're not a gamer, but your a sic-fi nerd like myself, I think you'll like these books.

HALO, The Fall of Reach is the first book in the series and they have been out for quite a while. (Published in 2001) If you haven't picked up a copy and you like space marines OR you like HALO, I think you might like this book.
