Did anyone ever see the Russell Crow movie, A Beautiful Mind? Without spoiling the movie for those of you who have not seen the film. The premise is that this man's mind is able to pull patterns out of seemingly random news articles, letters, etc. Basically he is a code breaker. His mind is overly adept at finding patterns.
While I don't believe myself to be a code breaker, I do enjoy a good word search puzzle. The human mind is amazing in it's ability to create order from chaos. It's what allows us to look at the constellation Orion, take those little pin points of light, and imagine in our head a hunter with a bow.
Last night while I was scrolling through Facebook, I came across this puzzle.

My guess is that you were able to read this with out any problem once you got started.
Now, while our mind is adept at providing order... this ability can also be a hindrance. Especially for a writer such as myself.
